Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, use it to answer you, and don't sell it. Last updated October 16, 2026.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, the free SEO checkup or the booking form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address and, if you add them, your company, website, service area, Google Business Profile link, plan choice and message. We don't ask for payment details on this site.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile, runs when you load a page with a form and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare the checkup you asked for, or confirm your plan and send a payment link.
- To send you one automatic confirmation email after a form is sent.
- To keep a record of your request in our email marketing provider's contact list, so nothing gets lost. We only email you about your request or your account unless you ask for more.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Brevo (email delivery and contact list), spam checks run on Cloudflare Turnstile, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and the related email for as long as we're working together or discussing working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@plumberseo.company from the address you used and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
