How long until you out-review the third listing?
Recent reviews are one of the things that decide the Map Pack. Enter your numbers and the third listing's, and see how many months it takes if you ask every customer.

Months to pass the third listing's count

In 12 months: about 254 reviews for you against 188 for them, with your average near 4.86.
Review count is one Map Pack factor among several (distance, categories, profile, website). Google forbids paying for reviews or only asking happy customers, so ask everyone.
How the model works
Your new reviews a month are your jobs a month times the share of customers who leave one when asked. The gap closes at your monthly rate minus theirs. The projected rating blends your current average with the average you enter for new reviews.
Review count is only one Map Pack factor. Distance to the searcher, your primary category, your services list and your website matter too. And recency counts: a shop with fewer but newer reviews can outrank a bigger, older pile.
Ask everyone, right after the job, with a direct link. Never pay for reviews or only ask the happy customers; both break Google's rules. We set up this routine as part of local SEO for plumbers, and the free checkup shows how your reviews compare with the shops above you.
Find out where your shop shows up at 2 a.m.
Tell us your website and the towns your trucks cover. By the next business day you will have a short written checkup: where you sit on the map for your main services, how your listing and site stack up against the shops ranked above you, and what we would fix first. It costs nothing and nobody will call you.
